CORPUS CHRISTI —Las Brisas Energy Center has applied for a state wastewater permit, another required regulatory step for the proposed power plant.The wastewater permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality would allow an average daily flow of about 3.7 million gallons into the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor.
